Payment
•Payment is via Paypal or Square via an invoice.•Payment is upfront, and must be paid in full before I can begin working on your commission.•All of my prices are in USD, and must be paid in USD.•I will not accept cryptocurrency. If you pay me with crypto you will be refunded, blocked, and blacklisted.•I do not take E-Cheques, nor do I accept any other payment services like Western Union, etc.
Commissions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING!•I have an autoimmune disease which causes inflammatory arthritis. This disease comes in waves ("flare-ups"). It affects all of my joints, and when I'm having a bad flare-up, I cannot draw efficiently, so I tend to take time off to rest my body and my mind. This can slow down my turn around times for work.•When you commission me, you are commissioning from a chronically ill artist who isn't as fast as everyone else. Please bear this in mind!
•You must be 18+ to commission me. I do not accept Paypal/Square payments from minors unless I have proof of consent from a parent or legal guardian over 18.•I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason without an explanation.•I reserve the right to cancel an active commission at any time. Depending on the commission and what working stage I’m at, you will receive a full or partial refund.•I currently do not have a set turnaround time for my work. However, I typically finish within 1-2 weeks after payment. This will vary depending on my illness, the complexity of the artwork, and the fullness of my queue.•I will not copy a specific style, especially if it is another artist’s.•I reserve the right to charge extra for changes during the commission process, however you will be told upfront. I will allow up to 3 changes or revisions during the sketch stage, but once I begin lining or colouring, I will charge extra for any changes.•I do not take description references (except for custom character designs). I need clear references. I do not accept traditional refs. Your reference sheet must be digital, and flat colour or cell shaded so I can accurately grab your character's colours. I will not work with painted, shaded, or 3D model references.•You have the right to cancel a commission at any time, but you may not receive a full refund depending on the working stage.
I will NOT draw:
•ABDL/diapers
•abuse themes
•alcoholism themes
•animal genitalia (sheaths, spiked penises, dugs, etc)
•any sort of violence/self-harm
•anything involving police or the military
•anything that is, but not limited to: anti-LGBTQ+, racist, disablist, hateful, or anything that mocks any form of disorder, disability or special needs.
•centaurs
•characters with super bright and busy designs (think sparkledogs as an example) - super busy designs can trigger my migraines.
•cubfur/babyfur/general underage
•DDLG/MDLB
•excessive obesity (hyper/fetishised)
•eye strain art (overly bright & busy)
•feeding (fetish art)
•feet (fetish art)
•foot pressing on car accelerator
•guns
•hard drugs (heroin, meth, etc)
•human x feral (bestiality)
•humans
•hyper breasts/ass
•hyper muscles
•incest
•inflation
•macro/micro
•NSFW feral
•pregnancy (fetish)
•rape/non-con
•religious pieces (church services, prayer, worship, etc)
•slime
•symbols that are harmful/hateful/negative (swastikas, zetas, etc) or have a bad reputation among their respective communities (autism puzzle piece, etc)
•transformation

•robots/feral (not too good at them yet, sorry!)
•gore (yes, even SFW gore)
File Archiving:
•I save all editable (.PSD/etc.) and non-editable (.PNG/.GIF) files on my hard drive for three months after completion in case I need to make any changes or re-send any commissions. After three months, I will purge all commissioned art to free up disk space. Please be sure to request any edits and download your commissions before that 90 day period ends.
Legal Terms:
•I reserve the right to make any changes to these terms of service at any given time. It is up to YOU to keep track and reread them.•You may not, in any way, claim my art to be yours, make edits, or manipulate my art without my permission. Under no circumstances may you trace or copy my artwork.•You may not remove, erase, crop out, or cover up my signature/watermark in any way, unless you are resizing/cropping the image for an icon or small avatar. Please do not post cropped versions of the full image.•You may not use any of my artwork for NFTs. Even if you commissioned the art piece from me.•You may not use any of my artwork, or my username as prompts for AI art generators. Even if you commissioned the art piece from me.•You must credit my art if you repost anywhere.•If you are caught tracing, stealing, or defiling my art, I have the right to press charges and post a public beware on you.•You may not use my artwork for your business, advertising, or to make profit.•You will receive a watermarked version of your piece. You must ask me if you want an unwatermarked version. I am not liable for your unwatermarked version being stolen.
Custom Characters
•I charge a fee for written descriptions. This fee is non-refundable, and non-negotiable. If you want to avoid this fee, find some photo refs or inspiration for me to go off of.•Custom characters are full price, and typically cost the same as a ref sheet for a pre-existing character, however I may charge more if the character design is complex or difficult.•I treat custom characters as regular art commissions, so only you, the commissioner, have rights to repost and commission more art of the character. If this character is being made as a gift for someone else, you must tell me this.•Custom characters may be resold or gifted away. You may ONLY resell for more than what you paid me for if you commissioned or made art of that character.•I do not do refunds on custom characters. Please only commission one if you can commit to paying in full. If you cancel your commission after you've agreed on a design, you will lose your rights to the design and I have the right to resell or gift to someone else.•Chargebacks on completed custom characters means that you will lose the rights to the character I have made, and I have the right to resell as an adopt or gift to someone else.
Adoptables Information
•Any adopts I sell are not refundable. This includes mystery/gacha adopts and PYOP.•Adopts are sold "as is" unless I have made them.•You have the right to resell your adopt, but please do not sell for more than what you bought it for unless you have made or commissioned extra art for it.•You must correctly credit adopts bought from me. I will always provide you with the original creator if I did not make it.
Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund, if:
•You cancel your commission before I begin work.•I am unable to begin working on your commission.
You will receive a partial refund, if:
•You cancel your commission after I begin work.•I’m unable to finish your commission for any reason.
You will not receive a refund, if:
•The art is completely finished. If you are unhappy with the piece, please write me and talk to me about it. I want to make you happy and will do my best to make it right!•Your artwork is stolen, especially if you used the unwatermarked piece.•You purchased an adopt from me.•You commissioned a custom character. I do not do refunds on custom OCs, however I may be able to make some changes if you're unhappy with the design.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Any breach of these terms may result in you being blacklisted and can even result in legal action depending on the circumstances.
